Hey dude, your request to import contacts from PC to Android is so simple. Please follow my guidance below:

1. Copy and paste your contacts into the folder C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\UserData\SharedFolder as image shown:

Note:
  • You can paste contacts file or folder, both is ok.
  • Contacts must be in vCard file type

2. Open Contact app on your BlueStacks

On the image above, I have rooted my BlueStacks, so it is easier to use and manage BlueStacks. If you do not root yours, you can still import contacts; just go to Manage Contacts in Settings screen.

3. In the Contacts screen, tap on Menu > tap on Import/Export

4. On the next screen tap on Import from SD card

5. Now you have 3 options. I chose the most convenient one.

6. Then the importing progress is running

7. When it completes, go back to your Contact app. It still says that you don’t have any contacts, but don’t worry.
Tap on Menu > tap on Display options

8. At this screen, leave the option “Only contacts with phones” with blank.
Tap on arrow at Choose contacts to display

9. Tap to mark All Other Contacts option.

10. Then tap on Done, now you have all your contacts displayed. That’s all.

You can download a product called andy - http://www.andyroid.net
this will allow you to run an android phone directly from your PC for which you can install any app, different from bluestacks this is an actual phone and not an app player which means you can install any app and use a PC phone, it's fully synced with you play cloud and your apps so all contacts will ve synced automatically. It's pretty cool!!
